Greenbrier River Trail Work

Trail superintendent Jody Spencer and his work crew began work this morning, July 16, 2007, on the upper end of the trail in Marlinton.  Grading on both sides of the trail is in progress and a split rail fence is being installed on the upper end of First Avenue.  The work crew from Rover Construction is also helping with that section that the sewer line was laid through.  Further cleaning of brush and debris will be done in the fall when the leaves are of the trees.
