The Town Council of the Town of Marlinton will hold a regular meeting Wednesday, the 10th day of November, 2010, beginning at 7 p.m., prevailing time, in Council Chambers at the Municipal Building, Marlinton, West Virginia.

Hear Mayor’s Report
Review, discuss and act on Storm Water Abatement proposal from Potesta.
Scottish Rites Proclamation
Discuss and act on proposal for signs for the animal shelter.
Hear Niki Felton on water rate increase.
Discuss and act on letter from Attorney Saffer relating to Courtney Avenue. 
Hear and act on Garbage Committee’s recommendations regarding garbage collection rates and/or items related to service classifications.
Discuss and act on a recommendation to request that a letter be sent to WVDOH to request no right turn on red be allowed at the intersection of Route 39/219 when traveling north due to a safety concern.
Act on a request to authorize payment of the bills.
