The Town Council of the Town of Marlinton will hold a regular meeting Wednesday, the 13th day of January, 2010, beginning at 7 p.m., prevailing time, in Council Chambers at the Municipal Building, Marlinton, West Virginia.

Hear Mayor’s Report

Old Business
Hear and act on recommendations regarding street planters and pots.
Hear and act on a request for a drawdown for the Waste Water Plant/Storm Sewer Project – Teri Kiser.
Review and discuss alcohol and drug policy.

New Business
Review and act on matters relating to the Department of Environmental Protection regulations which may include legal matters as well as other items. (May require an executive session.)
Hear and act on a request to issue a variance to install a ventilation fan in the side of a building over a town alley at 819 Third Avenue.
Act on a request to authorize payment of the bills.
