The Town Council of the Town of Marlinton will hold a regular meeting Wednesday,
the 13th day of April, 2011, beginning at 7 p.m., prevailing time, in Council Chambers
at the Municipal Building, Marlinton, West Virginia.

Agenda topics
 Call to Order/Roll Call.
 Reading and Approval of Prior Council Meeting Minutes.
 Hear Mayor’s Report.
 Hear and act on a request for funding to support the library. (Alan
Johnson)
 Hear and act on a request to support the Allegheny Mountain Radio
Summer Tourism Program.
 Hear and act on a proposal from the Sheriff to provide law
enforcement coverage to the Town.
 Open and act on bids for the police car.
 Hear and act on a request for July 4th Fire Works.
 Discuss and act on budget revisions.
 Hear status of Animal Ordinance. (Nelson Hernandez)
 Discuss and act on policies and procedures for addressing citizen
concerns. (Nelson Hernandez)
 Discuss and act on Housing Authority. (Nelson Hernandez)
 Hear status of Marlinton Building Commission. (Nelson Hernandez)
 Hear and act on a request for Army Corp to hold a meeting to answer
questions.
