The Town Council of the Town of Marlinton will hold a special meeting
Monday, the 4th day of October, 2010, beginning at 8 a.m., prevailing time,
in Council Chambers at the Municipal Building, Marlinton, West Virginia.
The agenda for the meeting is set forth below.
Agenda topics
 Call to Order/Roll Call
 Discuss and take action to set the date and time for
Halloween Trick-or-Treat in Marlinton.
 Hold final reading on a proposed ordinance, the principal
object of which is the increase of water rates for customers
of the water system operated by the Town of Marlinton.
 Hold public hearing on said proposed water rate increase
ordinance where interested parties may appear and be
heard prior to final action on the adoption of the ordinance.
 Hold final vote on adoption of said proposed water rate
increase ordinance.
