 PURPOSE: Call to Order/Roll Call
 Consider and act on the recommendation to engage legal counsel to
represent the Town of Marlinton in matters relating to water and/or
wastewater regulatory permitting and other water quality or general
environmental matters.
 Consider and act on a recommendation to request a revision to the
Town’s Sewer / Wastewater System permit requirements and
regulations dealing with nutrient removal.
