The Town Council of the Town of Marlinton will hold a special meeting Tuesday, the 8th day of September, 2009, beginning at 7 p.m., prevailing time, in Council Chambers at the Municipal Building, Marlinton, West Virginia.

• Act on a request to issue a variance to ordinance to allow a handrail to be placed on town property near the courthouse steps
