To consider on third reading and act upon a proposed Bond Ordinance providing for the issuance of its Combined Waterworks and Sewerage System Revenue Bonds, Series 2009 B (the “Bonds”). The proceeds of the Bonds will be used (i) to pay the costs of acquisition and construction of certain extensions, additions, betterments and improvements to the sewerage portion of the existing public combined waterworks and sewerage system of the Issuer (“the project”); and (ii) to pay certain costs of issuance hereof and related Costs. The Bonds are payable solely from revenues to be derived from the Ownership and operation of the system of the Town. (Steptoe & Johnson)

Hear about signage regulations and options and act on complaints heard at a previous
