Act on a request to issue a building permit for Parks and Recreation building(s) at
Stillwell Park.
Hear and act on a request for a variance to the 10 ft. rule and continue to permit a fence
to be located on town property.
Hear and act on a request from business owner to explore options available to reduce water billing rate.
Hear details on Senior Work Program.
Hear and act on recommendations to accept the low bid for Storm Sewer Upgrade Project.
Review a letter of Understanding for the Waste Water Treatment upgrade as prepared by Region IV and consider authorizing its execution.
Hear and act on recommendations regarding an Animal Ordinance revision or the formulation of a new ordinance.
Discuss problems and concerns with fire damaged and dilapidated buildings/properties
in Town and take action to resolve problems and hazards.

To consider on first reading and act upon a proposed Bond Ordinance providing for the
issuance of its Combined Waterworks and Sewerage System Revenue Bonds, Series
2009 B (the “Bonds”). The proceeds of the Bonds will be used (i) to pay the costs of acquisition and construction of certain extensions, additions, betterments and improvements to the sewerage portion of the existing public combined waterworks
and sewerage system of the Issuer (the “Project”); and (ii) to pay certain costs of issuance hereof and related costs. The Bonds are payable solely from revenues to be derived from the ownership and operations of the system of the Town.
Approval to pay bills.
Hear public comments and/or concerns regarding Marlinton issues.
