Approval of minutes
Hear and act on a request for a variance to the 10 ft. rule and continue to permit a fence to be located on town property.
Hear and act on drawdown resolution for the Waste Water Treatment Plant Upgrade.
To consider on second reading and act upon a proposed Bond Ordinance providing for the issuance of its Combined Waterworks and Sewerage System Revenue Bonds, Series 2009 B (the “Bonds”). The proceeds of the Bonds will be used (i) to pay the costs of acquisition and construction of certain extensions, additions, betterments and improvements to the sewerage portion of the existing public combined waterworks and sewerage system of the Issuer (“the Project”); and (ii) to pay certain costs of issuance hereof and related costs. The Bonds are payable solely from revenues to be derived from the ownership and operation of the system of the Town.
Review grant funding letter of application for expenses related to Brush Country Water Project and take appropriate action.
Consider and act on police committee hiring recommendations.
Discuss and mark-up proposed Animal Ordinance.
Review and act on recommendation to accept and approve the low bid for the Waste Water Treatment Plant/Storm Drain Project.
Consider and act on recorder conference approval.
